Ages: 6 - 8

Level: Beginners (little to no experience)

Size: Maximum 5 students per class

Class Breakdown

Assessment Time (30 minutes)

During Assessment Time, students work individually at their keyboard with a Chromebook, headphones, and music to pass their music with correct notes and rhythms.

Discovery Time (30 minutes)

During Discovery Time, students collaborate as a small group, working on technique, theory, improvisation, sight-reading, and ear-training. This hour-long class caters to introverts and extroverts, grade-school students, and beyond. Students move faster, have more fun, practice more, and develop life-long music-making skills!

Stars, stickers, and trophies are regularly awarded when students successfully complete each stage in their learning. This goal-oriented learning helps propel students to advance quickly.

Gamifying learning promotes students to master the piano playing in the most positive and fun way! Students will look forward to their home practice sessions!

Self-Paced Program

Students work at their own, comfortable pace during the first 30 minutes of Assessment Time. Using the app, students will be evaluated on their playing and advance once successfully completing each level. Final assessment will always be completed by the MozArt teacher.

Small Class Size

MozArt’s Piano Group Classes have a regular capacity of 6 students per class, creating a vibrant group setting with ample attention from our award-winning teacher.

Collaboration

Students regularly collaborate in the class which fosters teamwork and enhances communication, social, and problem-solving skills.

Open Enrollment

Students can join the class at any time without waiting for the new semester to begin since students are constrained by a pre-packaged curriculum, but rather progresses at their own individual pace.
